Regenerative Culture

Why We Exist

Our vision of Regenerative culture is grounded in love and compassion, welcoming grief, pain and joy, creating insights and practices that support ourselves, our relationships and our community in ways accessible to all. The Regenerative Culture (Regen) Working Group helps to do this by fostering a stronger connection with the self, nurturing healthy relationships, and encouraging a restorative and enlivening connection to nature.

What We Do

We design, collaborate and coordinate processes that create services for Totnes and Area that address the profound emotional and psychological impact of the climate and ecological emergency on all involved, at any level in XR, while supporting a healthy, restorative response.

Current areas of activity include: creating an easily accessible pool of free/donation basis regenerative and wellbeing offers to support all in XR; seeking guidance from rebels, arrestees and those already supporting them on any additional support they need; a conflict resilience system which responds to the needs of individuals/groups involved; encouraging regenerative culture in all working groups, affinity groups and big meetings.

Who We Need

We always welcome more members and there are a range of opportunities that can be matched to your time availability, skills, experience and interests, including areas where you’re keen to try something new and develop additional skills.
